My new Minaret Collection features wire wrapped copper earrings inspired by the architecture of the East. The hammered tear drop shape of the earrings recall the geometric motifs common in Moorish and Islamic architecture found throughout Spain, Turkey and the Middle East.
Here, faceted Snowflake Obsidian rondelles have been hand wrapped with oxidized brass wire to the copper tear drops. The Snowflake Obsidian is so interesting- displaying shades of black and deep blue specks throughout.
The earrings are suspended from hand forged copper earwires.
